Refund Policy

Our Promise

At BARNS Meat Co., we stand behind the quality of every product we deliver. Because we work with fresh, perishable meats and small-batch seasonings, our refund policy is built around food safety and fairness.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup at info@barnsmeatco.com or610-223-2896. We'll either replace the item, issue store credit, or refund your order in full at our discretion.

What's Not Refundable

  • Meat products that have been opened, partially used, or improperly stored.
  • Orders flagged for refund more than 24 hours after delivery or pickup.
  • Custom or special-order items where production has already started.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified before we begin preparing them. Once your order is being packed, we may no longer be able to cancel, but we'll do our best.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for online payments are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cash App and Zelle refunds are sent directly back to the sending account.
